Can one device cover my whole home?
No. Walls, furniture, closed doors, and room layout reduce practical coverage. For best results, use one device per room or active zone.
Should I turn it off during the day?
No. Keep it plugged in 24/7. Continuous use is easier than moving it around or running it only at night.
Can I hide it behind furniture?
Do not hide it behind furniture, curtains, stacked boxes, or large appliances. Use an open outlet where the front is clear.
Does this replace cleaning and sealing gaps?
No. PestGuard should be used as part of a cleaner routine: reduce clutter, seal entry points, clean food sources, and monitor high-activity areas.
What if I bought it from a store or reseller?
You can still use this page for setup help. For order-specific warranty or return handling, contact the seller you purchased from and contact PestGuard support if you need product setup help.
Can I use it in damp areas?
Use indoors in dry outlets only. Do not use in bathrooms, wet basements, outdoor outlets, or near standing water.
